Music has been an integral part of my life since I started piano lessons at age 6. Since 2017 I have been honoured to share my love of music through teaching. Explore this page to learn more about my professional qualifications, and a bit of my personal history. 

Education and Qualifications

 

  • Level 10 certificate in piano through the Royal Conservatory. 

  • Level 8 certificate in violin through the Royal Conservatory

  • Suzuki Level 1 certified teacher.

Ongoing Education and Training

 

I continue to seek learning opportunities to help me become both a better teacher and musician. 

  • I am currently working towards finishing my ARCT Teacher's Certificate in Piano Pedagogy through the Royal Conservatory

  • And pursuing further Suzuki training.

A little about me personally...

​

I grew up on a small farm in rural Alberta riding horses, gardening, and, of course, spending hours practicing music. 

My husband and I live on a small acreage with our young family. Some hobbies I enjoy outside of music include anything outdoors with my family, cooking, and friendships.
